3daysofdesign: Erichsens Palæ hosts an exhibition
20. June 2025
On Thursday, 19 June, Erichsens Palæ was opened exclusively for an exhibition by designer Orit Elhanati and architect Danielle Siggerud.
Within relation to 3daysofdesign 2025, the doors to Erichsens Palæ and the historic bel-etage, which is not usually accessible to the public, were opened. The event marked Design Days in Copenhagen and the launch of the exhibition, Silencio, showcasing new bronze and silver works by designer Orit Elhanati alongside ‘Mattina’ tables by architect Danielle Siggerud.
Erichsens Palæ was built between 1797 and 1801, and the bel-etage still retains its original features. This is the first time that the historic rooms have been used as the setting for a design exhibition.
