Thank you for your patience while the transformation of Laksegade Kvarteret is underway.

NCC will respond to enquiries sent to this e-mail address as quickly as possible, and within 24 hours.

Working hours for noisy activities:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Where are we in the process?

Interior demolition work is still in progress, including concrete cutting and casting, and the technical installation work has now begun. Among the larger exterior activities, installation of the façade on Bremerholm 33 is well underway, as is the roofing work on Laksegade 11.

Completed milestones:

• The existing facade on Bremerholm 33 has been removed.

Upcoming milestones:

• The bicycle container on Bremerholmen will be removed in mid-December.
• Work on the stair core, including the associated cutting and casting, is expected to be completed by the end of December.
• The glass façade on Bremerholm 33 will be fully installed in February.

Upcoming notice of additional noise:

Demolition of the access balconies on Bremerholm 33 facing Laksegade is expected to begin at the end of October and will continue for one month. The work will cause periods of increased noise in the area.
